Experience Abu Dhabi is welcoming summer 2024 with an exclusive collaboration with the renowned French swimwear brand, Vilebrequin. The debut of the Abu Dhabi Limited Edition capsule, a partnership between Vilebrequin, Experience Abu Dhabi, took place last night at L’Ondine & Vilebrequin La Plage during the 77th Cannes Film Festival’s opening day.
The star-studded event saw the presence of celebrities like Nour Arida, Shanina Shaik, and Romee Striid. The limited-edition collection, adorned with rich, refined blues and gold accents, draws inspiration from the stunning landscape of Abu Dhabi’s waters, infused with a touch of Saint-Tropez elegance.
Featuring the iconic sea turtle motif, the collection beautifully merges Abu Dhabi’s palm trees, evoking joyful memories of beautiful moments under the sun. Crafted with a commitment to sustainability, the pieces are tailored from high-grade recycled polyamide.
Designed for men, women, and children, the capsule collection mirrors Abu Dhabi’s status as a family-friendly summer destination. For men, the collection offers a matching bowling shirt made from European linen and a classic swim trunk finished by hand, promising both quality and breathability.
The women’s collection includes an elegant one-piece with a timeless V-neck silhouette and an organic cotton shirt dress finished in fine embroidery. Children are also catered to with a matching swim trunk and a durable one-piece.
At Saadiyat Beach Club on Saadiyat Island, local shores meet French joie de vivre as Vilebrequin’s vibrant range of Riviera-feel furnishings takes over. Until September 2024, the collaboration will highlight bespoke sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels decorated with the house’s signature colors and patterns.
The Abu Dhabi Limited Edition capsule, in collaboration with Vilebrequin and Experience Abu Dhabi, will be available in France from May 2024 and in select Vilebrequin stores globally and online at vilebrequin.com from June 2024.
