Get your glow back this summer

Summer not just comes with soaring temperatures but unforgiving sunrays that can cause skin damage and tanning. Sun tanning creates an uneven and patchy appearance on the skin. This can be managed up to an extent by using sunscreens regularly. However, in country like India, escaping tanning seems to be an impossible task. So here are few natural face packs to help you combat tanning and get back that glow again.

Lemon and Honey

Mix a spoonful of honey with a freshly squeezed lemon. Mix well and apply to the affected area. Keep for 15 minutes and wash off with cold water. Honey is an excellent humectant that will soothe out the tanned skin. Whereas lemon is a string bleaching agent which have skin lightening properties. Use this pack twice a week to keep skin fresh and glowing!

Banana and Milk

Banana not only has amazing moisturising properties, but it is also powerhouse of vitamins to give your skin a youthful radiance. Take a ripe banana and mash it with a fork to make it smooth. Make sure there aren’t any lumps. Add warm milk to make a smooth paste. Milk would add to the lightening properties of this pack.  Apply on face for 20 minutes and wash off the pack with lukewarm water. 

Yoghurt and Gram Flour

Yoghurt is kindda most blissful ingredient for your skin. It has enzymes and acids which provide gentle and natural exfoliation for your skin. Also it has immense hydrating and whitening properties. It soothes the skin from the redness caused by harsh sunrays. Whereas, Gram Flour is rich in vitamins and proteins. It also acts as gentle exfoliator while smoothening the skin. Simply add a spoonful fine Gram Flour to two spoons of Yoghurt. Use cold yoghurt for added relief. Mix well to form a smooth paste and apply. Use the pack twice a week to see desired results.
